Recipients: hosting and database by Cloudflare, Inc. (processor, EU standard contractual clauses) and the internal ROBOTio CRM; the ROBOTio sales team. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Retention: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation; data from enquiries that do not proceed are deleted or anonymised once no longer needed. Anti-abuse technical data (IP hash) rotates daily and is not linked to your identity.
We process form data (email and optionally name, company, phone and event details) to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote, i.e. to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep it for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation.
Consent to marketing messages is voluntary and sending an enquiry does not depend on it. You can withdraw it at any time.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. To protect the form against abuse we process technical data (e.g. a truncated hash of your IP address) for a limited time.
